Call Center Reps $11/hour

  •  Location in Downtown Houston (per client must live within 10 miles of the zip code)
  • Bilingual in Spanish required
  • Minimum two years' prior call center work experience *must be stated on your resume* (must have experience taking a high volume of calls and performing conflict resolution)
  • Full-time, 40 hours per week
  • phone customer service duties, data entry, basic computer skills

Account Resolution Representatives $13/hour - sourcing for fall classes, start date TBD

  • This position deals with resolving high-dollar delinquent accounts by providing phone and email customer service.  Collections experience will be beneficial. 
  • Minimum two years' prior call center work experience *must be stated on your resume*.  Bilingual in Spanish a plus!
  • Full-time, 40 hours per week, 4 weekdays and Saturday schedule
  • Position located in Northwest Houston (290 and Hollister)
  • Computer skill testing and Applicant History Form must be completed

Bilingual Call Center Representative $13.50/hour 

  • Assisting members with locating providers and using their benefits under CHIP and Medicaid.
  • Answer a high volume of calls.
